You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Adometa a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display the content to provide the Services. You represent that you have rights to the content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful activities, or for any other reason with notice. On termination, your access to paid features will end and data may be deleted as per our data retention rules.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adometa disclaims all warranties, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability (if any) will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 6 months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Adometa harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance.
